Autograph: Sign & Fill PDF

Effective July 17, 2026. Autograph: Sign & Fill PDF is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does — and, more importantly, what it does not do — with your information.

The short version

We do not collect, sell, share, or track any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. Your content is yours.

Your content

Autograph: Sign & Fill PDF can sync your own content (the data you create in the app) to your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit, so it stays in step across your iPhone and iPad. This data lives in your iCloud account under your Apple ID — it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and we have no access to it. iCloud sync is optional; with it off, everything stays on your device.

Your documents and saved signatures sync privately through your own iCloud (your private CloudKit database); they are never sent to us or any third party. Autograph has no account, no third-party servers, no analytics and no tracking. Signing and flattening a PDF happen entirely on your device. Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a paper form.

What we collect

Nothing. Autograph: Sign & Fill PDF does not collect any data from you, and no data is transmitted to fnstudio. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or hand over.

Permissions

Autograph: Sign & Fill PDF only asks for a permission at the moment it is needed, and only for the feature you are using:

• Camera — only when you scan a paper form, to capture the page.

Children's privacy

Autograph: Sign & Fill PDF does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
